Method of determining amount involved: The Fund has traditionally shared a portion of administrative costs associated with shared payroll audits and legal fees related to several employee benefit funds that have common board of trustee members. Certain other administrative functions of the Fund are now shared among several related employee benefit funds. Accordingly, these costs are shared among the funds.
