THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES THAT WILL ENHANCE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF EACH CHILD AT THE FIRST SIGN THAT HE IS WILLING, AND ABLE, TO HANDLE THAT RESPONSIBILITY.
