His performance evaluation is based on the set goals for the entire organization that had been set at the beginning of the year. Salaries from comparable entities of the Convention & Visitors Bureaus of other cities (from a bi-annual study prepared by the Destination Marketing Association International) is considered in their determination as well as salaries of the City Manager, City Directors and other non-profit organization heads. Other officers or key employees of the organization are reviewed by the President & CEO.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 11	Form 990, Part VI, Line 11: Form 990 Review Process	Form 990 is not provided to the governing body. The audited Financial Statements are provided to both the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors annually. Since the audited financial statements form the basis for the preparation of the Form 990, the Form 990 is no longer distributed to the Board.
