| Explanation | Grant funds are monitored through an electronic packaging program for all new students. The electronic program automatically determines the eligibility for federal, state and instituitional grant funding against a series of preiestablished eligibility criteria. Once the program determines each student's eligibility for federal, state and instituitional grant funding, the information is also checked by a member of the Student Financial Planning staff. For all returning students, a computer program checks eligibility for federal and state grant funding. A member of the Student Financial Planning staff updates this data for each new award year.
