Form 990 Part VI Section A Line 7a and 7b - The Organizations members have the power to elect the individual members of the Organiztions Board of Directors, which governs the day to day operations of the Organization.
Form 990 Part VI Section B Line 11b - The 990 is presented to the Organizations President and Treasurer, and it is reviewed and approved by both before it is filed.
Form 990 Part VI Section B Line 12c - Each member of the Board of Directors is well apprised of the Organizations conflict of interest policy. New members are made aware of it through various new member orientation procedures. All members are required to inform the Organization of any changes in their conflict of interest status.
Form 990 Part VI Section C Line 19 - All governing documents are filed with the Massachusetts Secretary of State which makes all such documents available to the general public via its own website.
