IT IS OUR BELIEF THAT ALL YOUNG PEOPLE, REGARDLESS OF BACKGROUND OR CIRCUMSTANCES, SHOULD BE EQUIPPED TO RESPECT OTHERS AND MAKE OUR COMMUNITY A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE.
