PART X, LINE 2	Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes clarifies the accounting for uncertainty in income taxes recognized in an enterprise's financial statements. Management has analyzed the tax positions taken by the Foundation and has concluded that as of June 30, 2012 and 2011, there are no uncertain tax positions taken or expected to be taken that would require the recognition of a liability or disclosure in the financial statements. The Foundation recognizes accrued interest and penalties associated with uncertain tax provisions, if any. There were no income tax-related interest and penalties recorded for the years ended June 30, 2012 and 2011. The income tax returns of the Foundation for the years ended June 30, 2011, 2010 and 2009 are subject to examination by the IRS and other various taxing authorities, generally for three years after they were filed.
