(HHST) ALL 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS, PROVIDING SKILLED NURSING SERVICE, OTHER THERAPEUTIC CARE, AND RELATED MANAGEMENT SERVICES PRIMARILY TO HOMEBOUND PATIENTS IN THEIR HOMES.
