FINANCIAL STATEMENT RECOGNITION OF A TAX POSITION IS DEPENDENT ON AN ASSESSMENT OF A 50% OR GREATER LIKELIHOOD THAT THE TAX POSITION WILL BE SUSTAINED UPON EXAMINATION, BASED ON THE TECHNICAL MERITS OF THE POSITION.
