Mission Description	INSTEDD'S LARGEST EFFORT IS IN SOUTHEAST ASIA. THEY ARE PARTNERING WITH NATIONAL GOVERNMENTS AND REGIONAL NETWORKS SUCH AS THE MEKONG BASIN DISEASE SURVEILLANCE (MBDS) NETWORK. Description	Health Informatics Public Private Partnership (HI-PPP) - under the auspices of HI-PPPs mandate to support the integration of health information for MOH activities in Cambodia, InSTEDD has worked closely with Cambodia's National Center for HIV, AIDS, Dermatology and STIs (NCHADS) to develop a suite of tools that both horizontally and vertically integrates essential information pertaining used in tracking at-risk individuals as they move through the HIV testing and treatment system. One important element of this suite the CQI Dashboard, deployed in March 2013. The CQI Dashboard automates the process of generating reports about testing and treatment site data, a process that previously consumed multiple FTE-days per month at each site and several days of work aggregating the results at headquarters. This process has now been rendered nearly instantaneous by automating the process of gathering, sending, and aggregating data; similarly, it has been simplified through generation of customizable reporting and graphing dashboard tools. The OHIE initiative actively addresses the dimensions of technology, interoperability, community development, and uptake of international health information standards to support real world, resource-constrained use cases. By working with reference open source components, InSTEDD along with other OHIE community members hope to simultaneously create real world implementation value for countries that immediately need support and harvest common architectural approaches from those experiences for future reuse. The group is a community of communities focused on six open source health information components including; a client registry, provider registry, facility registry, shared heath record, terminology services and health information mediator.
