THE MUSEUM IS PARTICULARLY INTERESTED IN PROVIDING A FORUM FOR YOUNG AND EMERGING ARTISTS AND IN PRESENTING AND COLLECTING WORKS BY LOCAL AS WELL AS INTERNATIONALLY RECOGNIZED ARTISTS.
