AFSA'S MEDICAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE (MAC) IS MADE UP OF SCIENTISTS IN THE FIELD WHO INDEPENDENTLY GRADE PROJECT PROPOSALS. THE PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATOR OR HIS/HER COLLABORATOR MUST BE AN EXPERIENCED, PUBLISHED RESEARCHER.
