| account various performance metrics with the comparison | |
| to other institutions being considered at least once | |
| every three years. The most recent comparison to other | |
| institutions took place during 2012. | |
| The President meets with the Executive Committee to review | |
| the compensation for each of the Vice Presidents using a | |
| procedure similar to the process described above is followed | |
| to determine annual compensation for each Vice President. | |
| At least once every three years comparison data is gathered, | |
| reviewd, and documented to assure an appropriate compensation | |
| levels for each Vice President. The last review with external | |
| comparison data was conducted in 2009. | |
