ENFORCEMENT OF CONFLICTS POLICY	FORM 990, PAGE 6, PART VI, LINE 12C	THE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR MONITORS THIS MONTHLY. IF THE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR STARTS SEEING A PROBLEM ARISE, SHE THEN TURNS IT OVER TO THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR WHO THEN FOLLOWS A STRICT POLICY ON HANDLING THE SITUATION IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER.
COMPENSATION PROCESS FOR TOP OFFICIAL	FORM 990, PAGE 6, PART VI, LINE 15A	DURING THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY, A REVIEW COMMITTEE IS CHOSEN TO EVALUATE TOP EMPLOYEES. THE REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETS WITH THE EMPLOYEES AND BOARD MEMBERS TO GATHER INFORMATION ON THEIR PERFORMANCE DURING THE YEAR. THEN DURING THE MARCH BOARD MEETING, THE COMMITTEE GOES OVER THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS WITH THE BOARD ON COMPENSATION. THE BOARD THEN TAKES A VOTE.

THEN DURING THE MARCH BOARD MEETING, THE COMMITTEE GOES OVER THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS WITH THE BOARD ON COMPENSATION. THE BOARD THEN TAKES A VOTE.
