RIs Human Resources collects data on total compensation (i.e., base salary and benefits) from several sources, including independent compensation consultants, salary surveys, internet sites, professional publications, and information from similar organizations in the same geographic area. Human Resources provides a salary range for the general secretary, deputy general secretary, and general managers positions and the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors review salary ranges and salary increase parameters for reasonableness.
