THE TAX BENEFIT TO BE RECOGNIZED IS MEASURED AS THE LARGEST AMOUNT OF BENEFIT THAT IS MORE THAN FIFTY PERCENT LIKELY OF BEING REALIZED UPON ULTIMATE SETTLEMENT WHICH COULD RESULT IN WECONNECT RECORDING A TAX LIABILITY THAT WOULD REDUCE ITS NET ASSETS.
