| Description | The Multnomah Hot Rod Council is a not-profit organization founded in 1956 for promoting the automotive hobby in a safe and enjoyable environment for car owners in the Northwest by providing an event (Portland Roadster Show) for vehicles to be displayed each year. The Portland Roadster Show allow other non-profits such as the (Kyron Horman Foundation, American Cancer Society, the Diabetis Foundation and others) to be part of the show at no cost as a service to the community. The Multnomah Hot Rod Council awards Automotive Scholarships to studentys in high school and community colleges in the Portland and Southwest Washington area, contributes to the Randall Legacy Emanuel Hospital for kids with cancer, the Ronald Mcdonald House and is a sponsor of the Miss Oregon Organization for young women. | Description |
