| Description | Pacific Northwest Ballet Company (PNB) consisting of 46 dancers and a live orchestra presents nearly 100 performances including the holiday classic, Nutcracker; tours and 6 repertory productions of full-length and mixed repertory ballets. The Company's active repertory includes 137 works by 54 choreographers and continues to expand as new choreography is introduced each season. Through almost 250 public events at Marion Oliver McCaw Hall at Seattle Center and other venues, PNB reaches more than 215,000 community members annually. Our Professional Division and Summer Course attract and train talented students from around the United States and the world. The School offers a complete professional curriculum to more than 1,100 students annually, and plays an instrumental role in developing the Company's distinctive style. The School offers recreational dance instruction to an additional 600 individuals. Scholarships totaling nearly $250,000 are offered to help attract and retain promising young artists.
