| Description | Global Give Back Circle provides funding in support of the Kenya Community Development Fund. This charity based in Kenya enrolls young women in its various mentoring programs and GGBC is not directly involved in this process. At present there are 434 girls in the KCDF program which include 35 girls at Blessed Generation, 173 at Starehe Girls Center and 105 at St. Martins. Other participants have finished their high school training and are in information technology training waiting to commence university or trade school training. | Description |

| Explanation | Part IV, Question 15. Please see comments on this Schedule O regarding the matter of employee compensation. GGBC itself has no office and employees no individuals outside of the United States. Part IV, Question 28c. Linda Lockhart is the owner of the Lockhart Group Consulting. This company in turn maintains contractural relations with both GGBC and KCDF which provide for the payment of certain salaries and reimbursement of expenses. Part V, Question 4a. GGBC has no signature authority over any foreign bank accounts. Please refer to other disclosures in this form regarding GGBC's contractual relationships in Kenya. Part VI, Section A, Question 2. Linda Lockhart is the daughter of Barbara Latsko. Part VI, Section B, Question 11b. GGBC provides copies of the annual Form 990 to its board for its review and comments. Part VI, Section B, Question 12c. GGBC monitors its conflict of interest policy by reviewing any matters brought to the attention of its president at its board meeting which meeting was most recently held on December 11, 2011 in New York City. Part VI, Section B, Question 16a. GGBC has contractual agreements with KCDF which in general provide that KCDF will provide funding to GGBC to exactly offset GGBC's payments to the Lockhart Group Consulting. This Group in turn employs two assistants in Kenya and pays Linda Lockhart a consulting fee of $5,000 monthly for its ongoing management services provided to KCDF. Part VI, Section C, Question 19.
