| Description | International: Walk Thru the Bible's Global Ministry partners with the local church by providing relationships and resources to influential disciple-makers throughout the world. Our four-pronged approach includes resources, training, teaching, and strategic partnerships. Using this strategy, Walk Thru the Bible partners with global leaders impacting 104 countries. This strategy is both unique and impactful because Walk Thru the Bible partners with indigenous leaders in their own countries. By working directly with them, we are able to extend Walk Thru the Bible's reach and impact; these leaders understand the local language and traditions and customize our curricula in order to influence the greatest number of people. Walk Thru the Bible's resources transcend geographic, economic, and cultural boundaries. Formats include television, radio, live events, workbooks, video series, books, small group curricula and devotionals. Live events and small group curricula are taught in over 45 languages by more than 80,000 people in more than 80 countries, and more than 100 million devotionals have been packaged into daily magazines, books, and other publications that reach over 5 million people each year. For fiscal year end 2012 we processed over 6800 resource orders. |

| Explanation | Housing Allowance: Certain ordained ministers were provided with Housing Allowances that were approved by the Board of Directors. They are as follows: Philip Tuttle, President & CEO, John Houchens, Sr. VP for Advancement, & David Hodge, Sr. VP for North American Ministries. Housing allowance was paid as a nontaxable benefit. Travel for Companion: On occasion, a spouse would accompany a Walk Thru the Bible employee or board member on a Walk Thru the Bible trip. In each case, the non-Walk Thru the Bible person fulfilled a role on the trip that was directly related to Walk Thru the Bible Business as per a corporate resolution duly passed by the Board of Directors 10/15/2007. Gross-up payments: Certain listed property (i.e. cell phones, laptops, and IPads) that were given to individuals in the company to use for business purposes were grossed up to recognize additional compensation and to cover the increased tax ramilfications attributed to each employee because logs were not used to record use of such items.
