| Description | Center for Community Cooperation & Executive Suites: CNM for Community Cooperation (CCC) is a program of the Meadows Foundation, Inc. that is managed by CNM for Nonprofit Management. The purpose of the CCC is to provide a meeting ground for coalitions and nonprofit organizations working to solve community issues, promote collaboration, and encourage mutual understanding among diverse constituencies in the community. The CCC offers free meeting space to eligible agencies. A few executive suites are also offered. To be eligible to use the CCC, a nonprofit organization must have an office in the State of Texas and provide a copy of their 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status determination letter from the IRS. Governmental entities are only required to have a Texas office location. The CCC program served 396 organizations during the year. | Description |

| Description | Training / Consulting for Capacity Building and Best Practices: A strong nonprofit is one that is using limited resources efficiently, has a well-educated board and staff and is operating its business effectively. In order to better serve the community and serve more individuals in need, the nonprofit must build its capacity to do so. Capacity building services are consulting services that help nonprofits develop sound business practices for fundraising, board governance, strategic planning, and other areas critical to nonprofit operations. These services help to move nonprofits to the next level of performance and increase the results, impact and success of the nonprofit. Since 1980, CNM for Nonprofit Management (CNM) has been the leading nonprofit consulting and capacity building program in North Texas. CNM draws from a diverse group of experts in nonprofit management and effectiveness to evaluate each client organization's unique management needs and provide training, education and solutions that work. CNM also provided Leaders Circles to allow executives to coach and network with each other regarding the many challenges facing today's nonprofits. Nonprofit organizations rely on CNM's expertise to help them identify opportunities for growth and change; build strategies for success and effectiveness; and produce high-level results.
