FORM 990, PART VI, SECTION B, LINE 12C	AFN MAINTAINS AND UPDATES THE BOARD APPROVED PERSONNEL HANDBOOK, INCLUDING WHISTLEBLOWER AND CONFLICT OF INTEREST POLICY, ON A CURRENT BASIS. BOARD MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO DISCLOSE ANY CONFLICTS OF INTEREST AT EVERY MEETING. EACH EMPLOYEE IS REQUIRED TO SIGN AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF POLICY REVIEW, WHICH IS MAINTAINED IN THE EMPLOYEE FILE.
