Description	Pathway Caring for Children is a private-agency provider of foster care services for Carroll, Columbiana, Cuyahoga, Medina, Stark, Summit, Tuscarawas, Wayne, and surrounding counties. Description	The Family Home program is designed to provide a stable home for boys or girls ages 12-18 who cannot currently reside in their own home or in a treatment foster home. Pathway seeks to provide a group family living experience with no more than 4 youth in the home with a program of specialized services for each youth. Each youth who is accepted can feel safe and respected, and learn to be responsible for themselves and their actions. Live-in House Parents provide 24/7 care for the youth placed in a Family Home. The Family Home works well with multi-needs children with more than one area of concern. These areas of concern may include: attachment disorder behaviors, sexually reactive behaviors, low to moderate risk sex offending history, abuse or abandonment issues, severe behavioral, emotional, and/or unruly problems, and drug and/or alcohol problems which can be treated on an outpatient basis. Part X	Part X : FIN48 Footnote	Effective January 1, 2009, generally accepted accounting principles require the organization to evaluate the level of uncertainty related to whether tax positions taken will be sustained upon examination. Any positions taken that do not meet the more-likely-than-not threshold must be quantified and recorded as a liability for unrecognized tax benefits in the accompanying balance sheet along with any associated interest and penalties that would be payable to the taxing authorities upon examination. Interest and penalties associated with unrecognized tax benefits would be classified as additional income taxes in the statement of income. The organization believes that none of the tax positions taken would materially impact the financial statements and no such liabilities have been recorded.
Part V, Line 4	Part V, Line 4: Intended uses of the endowment fund.	The funds are to be used in aiding the further development of the primary exempt purpose of the Organization in connection with helping to assist children and their families with various social issues after payments of expenses to fund maintenance, repairs, renovations and additions to real property.
