It is distributed to the Board electronically before their annual review of the audit. It is then distributed to the Board in printed format at that meeting and mailed to each board member who is not in attendance at that meeting along with a printed copy of the audit. |

| Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15a | The compensation of the organization's CEO is determined by the board which is run by the Board Chair. The board has a review process which they use to determine the CEO's compensation. Goals are set by the board and the CEO at the beginning of the fiscal year.
