(HHSD), HOME HEALTH SERVICES OF HOUSTON, INC. (HHSH), AND HOME HEALTH SERVICES OF TEXAS, INC. (HHST) ALL 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS, PROVIDING SKILLED NURSING SERVICE, OTHER THERAPEUTIC CARE, AND RELATED MANAGEMENT SERVICES PRIMARILY TO HOMEBOUND PATIENTS IN THEIR HOMES.
