| Explanation of Easements Enforcement Policies: | Part II, Line 5: | As a matter of policy and practice CELT is committed to monitoring each conservation easement on an annual fiscal year basis. Such monitoring visits occur in accordance with CELT's Easement Monitoring Policy and Easement Enforcement Policy approved and amended by the Board, and found in CELT's policy manual. Each easement property has a dedicated property file available to assist each monitoring visit, including relevant data points, current maps, baseline documentation copy, and past monitoring report findings. Monitoring of each property documents the current condition of the property to ensure that the public benefits and conservation values identified in the baseline documentation, conservation easement, land management plans and other project agreements.
