If the return is rejected, MVH staff shall research changes and adjust the 990 return in accordance to the Board's recommendations. An external audit is conducted by an independent auditor annually, including looking at all areas of potential conflict of interest. (COI) Finally, MVH has a 24 hour, toll free compliance hotline that staff or public may report any concerns or issues, including COI.
