Pt VI, Line 4	The Bylaws were amended to add a category of "non-voting"

Pt VI, Line 11b	TIP's Audit Committee shall meet with its independent auditors
	who prepare TIP's Form 990 to discuss a draft of the Form
	990 in detail to ensure its consistency and accuracy based

	After completion of such a review by the Audit Committee,
	a draft copy of the Form 990 shall be sent to the full
	Board for its review and comment prior to filing the
	information return with the IRS which is due on or about

Sch G Part I 2b iii & v	Anne Lewis Strategies, LLC provides digital fundraising
	and communications consulting services. All funds raised
	through this effort were paid directly to the organization;
	at not time did the consultant have custody or control
	of the contributions. Consultant was paid a total of
	$39,000 over a six month period for the digital fundraising
	and communications consulting services.
	Berger Hirschberg Strategies, LLC serves as a consultant
	to the organization for the purpose of raising funds
	through fundraising calls, organizing meetings with
	prospective funders and raising money. Services also
	included managing the fundraising department, developing
	a fundraising plan, a plan for Board development, sponsorship
	levels and assisting management in designing an appropriate
	structure for the fundraising department. Consultant was
	paid a total of $66,500 over a nine month period for these
	services. All funds raised through this effort were paid
	directly to the organization; at no time did the consultant
	have custody or control of the contributions.
