| Description | Wesleyan is an independent K-12 grade school with a college preparatory curriculum. There is a Lower, a Middle, and a High School located on 85+ acres with 8 main buildings, 10 faculty houses, 3 chapels, 2 libraries, 2 dining halls. The school has a one to one computer tablet initiative in the Middle and High Schools. For the Arts programs, there is a 480 seat theater, a black box theater, drawing, painting and ceramic rooms, Middle and High School band rooms and chorale studios. For Athletics, there are 4 gyms, 7 tennis courts, football, baseball and softball stadiums, a 10 lane/2 dive well Natatorium, and large fields for soccer and lacrosse.In additions, there is a full cross country track situated around campus. Started during the year was a $16,400,000 Capital and Annual Fund Campaign to make possible an enlargement of the High School Chapel, expansion of athletic fields, creation of meeting and other spaces in the Lower School, addition of 4 tennis courts, enhance the school's endowment, and maintain the annual giving during the campaign. Starting enrollment for the year was 1150 students. The class of 2013 graduated 96 students with total college scholarship money offered to the class being $4,042,420. | Description |
