In addition, the Organization qualifies for the charitable contribution deduction under Section 170(b)(1)(A) and has been classified as an organization other than a private foundation under Internal Revenue Code Section 509(a)(2). In May, 2009, the Organization adopted the provisions of ASC Topic 740-10-25, "Income Taxes Recognition". ASC Topic 740-10-25 had no impact on the Organization's financial statements.
