THE FOUNDATION RECOGNIZES THE TAX BENEFIT FROM AN UNCERTAIN POSITION ONLY IF IT IS MORE LIKELY THAN NOT THAT THE POSITION WILL BE UPHELD ON EXAMINATION BY TAXING AUTHORITIES. THE FOUNDATION HAS ANALYZED THE TAX POSITIONS TAKEN AND HAS CONCLUDED THaT AS OF JUNE 30, 2013 AND 2012, THERE WERE NO UNCERTAIN TAX POSITIONS TAKEN, OR EXPECTED TO BE TAKEN, THAT WOULD REQUIRE RECOGNITION OF A LIABILITY OR DISCLOSURE IN THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTs. MANAGEMENT IS REQUIRED TO ANALYZE ALL OPEN TAX YEARS, AS DEFINED BY THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS, FOR ALL MAJOR JURISDICTIONS, INCLUDING FEDERAL AND CERTAIN STATE TAXING AUTHORITIES.
