THE ORGANIZATION BELIEVES THAT INCOME TAX FILING POSITIONS WILL BE SUSTAINED UPON EXAMINATION AND DOES NOT ANTICIPATE ANY ADJUSTMENTS THAT WOULD RESULT IN A MATERIAL ADVERSE EFFECT ON THE ORGANIZATIONS NET ASSETS, CHANGES IN NET ASSETS OR CASH FLOWS.
