IN 2013, FORWARD MONTANA CREATED AND HOSTED A CAMPAIGN MANAGER TRAINING EVENT IN WHICH FUTURE MANAGERS LEARNED HOW TO RECRUIT VOLUNTEERS, RAISE MONEY, CRAFT MESSAGES, AND DO FIELDWORK. FORWARD MONTANA GRADUATED NINE CAMPAIGN MANAGERS WITH THE SKILLS TO MANAGE EITHER FUTURE ISSUES OR CANDIDATE WORK.PROGRESSIVE HAPPY HOURS: FORWARD MONTANA HOSTS HAPPY HOURS TO EDUCATE AND ACTIVATE YOUNG PEOPLE AROUND CURRENT EVENTS IN THEIR COMMUNITY AND IN MONTANA. IN 2013, FORWARD MONTANA HELD SEVERAL PROGRESSIVE HAPPY HOURS AT LOCAL ESTABLISHMENTS.MOBILIZE: FORWARD MONTANA ORGANIZES BUS TRIPS IN WHICH IT TAKES THEIR YOUNG MEMBERS AROUND THE STATE TO KNOCK ON DOORS FOR CANDIDATES AND/OR ISSUES THAT THEY CARE ABOUT.
