X	2	Income tax regulations in the Republic of Georgia are under development and subject to constant change. Based on the interpretation of current law PEER does not believe it is subject to income taxes and therefore has not recorded and tax liabilities. However, because of constant changes in the interpretation of Georgian tax law, PEER may be subject to various tax liabilities in Georgia. Management is of the opinion that no significant tax liability will result for the fiscal year 2013 and consequently has not recorded a tax liability.
