| Explanation | THE CLUB HAS RECEIVED A LETTER OF EXEMPTION FROM INCOME TAXES FROM THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE (IRS) UNDER CODE SECTION 501(C)7; HOWEVER, THE CLUB IS REQUIRED TO FILE A RETURN WITH THE IRS ANNUALLY TO REPORT OPERATIONS UNDER THIS NON-PROFIT STATUS. THE FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING STANDARDS BOARD ISSUED NEW GUIDANCE ON ACCOUNTING FOR UNCERTAINTY IN INCOME TAXES. MANAGEMENT EVALUATED THE CLUB'S TAX POSITIONS AND CONCLUDED THAT THE CLUB HAS TAKEN NO UNCERTAIN TAX POSITIONS THAT REQUIRE ADJUSTMENT TO THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS TO COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE GUIDANCE.
