THE AGENCY APPLIES THE PROVISIONS OF FASB ASC TOPIC 740 INCOME TAXES. THIS TOPIC REQUIRES, AMONG OTHER THINGS, THE AGENCY TO ASSESS UNCERTAIN TAX POSITIONS AND THE LIKELIHOOD THAT SUCH POSITIONS WILL BE UPHELD BY APPLICABLE TAXING AUTHORITIES. FOR THE PURPOSES OF TAXATION, MANAGEMENT HAS DETERMINED THAT THE AGENCYS TAX-EXEMPT STATUS IS NOT IN JEOPARDY AT SEPTEMBER 30, 2014. AS SUCH, A PROVISION FOR INCOME TAXES HAS NOT BEEN PROVIDED. THE AGENCY BELIEVES THAT IT HAS APPROPRIATE SUPPORT FOR THE INCOME TAX POSITIONS TAKEN AND TO BE TAKEN ON ITS TAX RETURNS AND THAT ITS ACCRUALS FOR TAX LIABILITIES ARE ADEQUATE FOR ALL OPEN TAX YEARS (AFTER 2010 FOR FEDERAL) BASED ON AN ASSESSMENT OF MANY FACTORS INCLUDING EXPERIENCE AND INTERPRETATIONS OF TAX LAWS APPLIED TO THE FACTS OF EACH MATTER.
