Since 1990, these loans have assisted with the renovation or construction of 15.8 million square feet and created 5,191 child care slots, 36,398 student seats, 205,484 new patients/visits at health care clinics, 6,394 affordable and supportive/special needs housing units, and 1,477 beds. The goals and objectives of each nonprofit client determine IFF's scope of consulting services, from advising on real estate strategies to solving specific need for additional or new space.
