In these cohorts, we explore often-neglected areas of leadership: our mental health, our emotional health, the ways our fears and anxieties show up under stress, and other hinderances to our ability to be a non-anxious presence under pressure and criticism. Each cohort consists of 6-8 leaders who commit to meeting twice monthly for four months, to explore what emotional health looks like in a leader's life. Beginning in May 2024, all funding and expenses are being conducted solely by Broom Tree Media Inc. Because of the above, there is a beginning cash balance even through this is the initial 990 filed by Broom Tree Media Inc. |
