Facts And Circumstances TestCurrent Year Facts and Circumstances: (1) The percentage of support for 2014 was almost 30% which is greater than the 10% required for the facts and circumstances test.(2) During 2010-2014, the organization received contributions from over 40 donors. The organization maintains a continuous and bona fide program for solicitation of funds from the general public. Aegis Trust Limited, a related organization, conducts fundraising on behalf of the organization at no charge.
