Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15	compensation for the ceo, as well as the officers and key employees, was reviewed and approved by the executive committee, which is independent and has its deliberations and decisions documented. SSP hired an independent outside compensation consultant to benchmark salaries for each organizational position.
