OUR ORGANIZATION IS MANNED STRICTLY BY VOLUNTEERS, SOME OF WHICH WERE OUT OF TOWN WHEN INFORMATION WAS BEING GATHERED. WE HAD THOUGHT THAT A SECOND EXTENSION HAD BEEN REQUESTED BUT WE ARE UNABLE TO FIND A RECORD OF THAT IF IT WAS FILED.
