IN ADDITION, THE OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER OF BASEBALL HAS ALL RIGHTS AFFORDED TO MEMBERS UNDER SECTION 5056 OF THE CALIFORNIA NONPROFIT CORPORATION LAW. |
