Thanks U.S.A. had no federal and state taxable income for the years ended December 31, 2015 and 2014; therefore, the accompanying financial statements do not include a provision for federal or state income taxes. Thanks U.S.A. believes that it has appropriate support for any tax positions taken, and, as such, it does not have any uncertain tax positions that are material to the financial statements.
