Form 990, Part III, Line 3As of this fiscal year, Illinois Beta House does not have an active undergraduate chapter in the occupancy of the chapter house. Illinois Beta House continues to maintain ownership of the house.

Form 990, Part VI, Section Section B, Line Line 11bA licensed CPA prepares the Form 990 for review by the Treasurer of the organization. The Treasurer has a background in business matters and reviews the financial actiity on a regular basis during the year. The Treasurer also reviews the Form 990 before it is filed.
Form 990, Part VI, Section Section B, Line Line 12cThe organization has three officers and all three volunteer their time to the organization. All financial activity is fairly the same each year. Any new financial activity is discussed between the three officers in order to confirm no conflict of interest exists.
