Desc	Children's Program: 100 children ages 8-13 participate in 18 schools year adventure day outings providing enrichment and social and life skills instructions. The youth also attend a Summer Camp that includes customized programming to meet the social-emotional needs of children with a parent in prison. Teen Leadership Program: 45 teens age 14-18 participate in retreats and single day outings that are devoted to developing life skills through workshops and instruction to build competencies for outdoor recreation. Teens also work as Junior Counselors during the adventure days and summer camp. The 990, as well as audit, financial statements, and all reports related to the Organization's finances are reviewed by the Treasurer who shares his review and opinions with the Board of Directors during the agency's quarterly meeting.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 15a: Compensation Review & Approval Process - CEO, Top Management	The CEO compensation was set in early 2014 when the previous Executive Director retired. Other Executive Director positions were reviewed to compare size of the agency. The salary was approved by the Board of Directors.
