Form 990, Part III, Line 2	2016 was the organization's initial year of operation. All program services were new in this year. Specifically, My Digital TAT2 launched it's school programs focused on development and delivery of grade-appropriate curricula designed to build the healthy habits, critical thinking, and thoughtful online behavior necessary to integrate technology into their lives in a constructive way. My Digital TAT2 facilitates conversations between students, parents, educators, and health care providers that inspire safe, ethical, and conscious digital use by educating them about their power and responsibility in our connected world. Student workshops targeting grade 3 through 12 are supplemented by parent education seminars and professional teacher development trainings.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 4	2016 was the initial year of operation. Initial bylaws were adopted this year.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The board of directors reviews the 990 and votes to accept the return as distributed or to recommend amendment as noted. Upon acceptance by the board, the CEO then signs the return and authorizes filing.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	All directors, officers, and other persons in a position of authority are required to acknowledge, on an annual basis, that they have received a copy of the organization's Conflict of Interest Policy, have read and understands the Policy, have agreed to comply with the Policy, and understands the organization is charitable and in order to maintain its federal tax exemption it must engage primarily in activities which accomplish one or more of its tax-exempt purposes. Such persons are also required to disclose on-going relationships and interests that may present a conflict of interest. Disclosure is required annually and is additionally required prior to action on relevant business transactions.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	In 2016, My Digital TAT2 did not employ any persons subject to its compensation policies and procedures. The organization's compensation policy requires review of all compensation paid to directors, officers, and other persons in a position of authority. This policy requires the board to review whether such compensation arrangements and benefits are reasonable, based on competent survey information, and the result of arm's length bargaining. This policy also requires the board to periodically review the fairness of compensation, including benefits, paid to the President and the Chief Financial Officer once such officer is hired, upon any extension or renewal of the officer's term of employment, and whenever the officer's compensation is modified (unless all employees are subject to the same general modification of compensation).
