Pt VI, Line 19	Governing documents, conflict of interest policy and financial statements are available to the public on request and the discretion of management. Requests can be made by mail, telephone, or e-mail using contact information in this return.
Pt VI, Line 12c	Compliance with conflict of interest policy is achieved by annual certification of compliance by each individual (at the present time this includes board members, officers, and independent contractors) involved in governance matters. Responses are reviewed and discussed by the board of directors.
Pt VI, Line 11b	Form 990 is prepared by the accounting firm that conducts the independent audit. It is then reviewed by the chair of the Finance Committee and made available to all members of the Finance Committee for comments and feedback. Finally, the Finance Committee reports to the Board of Directors at a regular meeting, before the return is filed.
Pt VI, Line 3	The Board of Directors engaged Allegheny Development Partners, LLC, (ADP) to handle daily activities related to fundraising, construction and volunteer coordination. The principals of ADP, who have strong philanthropic mindset and are deeply committed to the successful creation and operation of the park, report directly to the Board of Directors and consult frequently with unpaid volunteer officers and Board members.
Other	Part VII, Sec.B: Service provided includes staffing and benefits, administration supervision, operations management, fundraising, construction management, event coordination, and other matters associated with park development and maintenance.
