Client Note 1Client Note 1 - Lower income families face barriers to eating healthy, being active, quitting tobacco products and getting preventative health screenings. Intersecting issues such as safety, mental health, housing, and economic stability among others, impact the communities we serve. Driven by this knowledge, the Health Education Council cultivates health and well-being in underserved communities by leveraging the power of collaboration.
