| Explanation | The projects supported by Reaching U are all located in Uruguay and ran by public and private organizations.- In Uruguay, Reaching U's staff as well our team of volunteers conducts the evaluations of the projects. The projects financed by Reaching U are selected following a thorough evaluation process and approved by our board at the end of the year. - We also receive "earmarked donations" to support specific projects selected by the donor, within Reaching U's mission.- All projects in our portfolio, whether selected by Reaching U or by the donor, are assigned to a person in charge, in many cases volunteers, who monitors their performance. - Once the project is selected and approved by the board, an agreement is signed between the Reaching U and the grantee in which the objectives, budget, and compliance terms are established.- When the term of the agreement for the project ends, a final analysis to assess the use of funds and compliance with objectives is done. | ExplanationTxt |
