AT THE SAME TIME A LETTER IS GENERATED TO THE PRICIPAL OF EACH SCHOOL LISTING THE SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS AT THAT SCHOOL AS WELL AS THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FUNDS GRANTED AND A CHECK NUMBER CORRESPONDING TO THE SOCIETY'S CHECK REGISTER. EACH CHECK MUST BE SIGNED BY BOTH THE SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE CHAIR AND THE TREASURER.
